AGM AT THE FARM A SUCCESS
Thank you to everyone who came to the AGM at the Ireland’s farm last Sunday. It was a very enjoyable day, all the lambs were overfed but they were not complaining. The littlies – Oliver and George had the best day, as did all the ‘big kids’. Thanks to Olive, Ian, Ros and Leonie for all their hard work, so we could all sit chat and enjoy.

Noddy has made the suggestion that all AGM’s should be held on the farm at Ballan, as long as it is just after lambing season!

EMAIL OR HARD COPY EMAIL?
Please let Ronda know what you think of email newsletters instead of hard copy versions. What’s your preference? How are they working? Any feedback is welcome.

CHANGES TO THE SEASON
There are some significant changes to shield this season, and most importantly, you must pre-enter for all events otherwise, there may not be spots in all the field events. The earlier you pre-enter the better chance you have.

IMPORTANT REQUIREMENT THIS SEASON
This season, an important requirement is, that you must confirm you are ready to compete, by signing in for all your events, one hour before your event is scheduled to begin.

So, please be early – at least 1 hour early… It is going to be a hassle, but that is how it has to be.

All the information is on the Athletics Victoria Website, so have a look for the events and places of competition.

The Yellow Zone is now combined with the Red Zone, and our competitions will be at Doncaster, Meadowglen (Epping), Aberfeldie, Werribee, and Williamstown.

Voting at the AGM:  May, Ian, Ronda, Olive, Jodie & Leonie all retained their positions.
